Apply here for a free SIM card with 20GB or more of data a month, and a phone where possible. There is no means testing, and you don’t need a diagnosis. We do not keep a waiting list. Please apply while the forms are open.
Our pre-loved phones can’t be guaranteed to work with every app, and most won’t meet the security requirements of banking or similarly demanding apps, but all of them work with WhatsApp and the NHS App.
Applications are open Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday only, 10:30am to 4:30pm, excluding UK bank holidays.

I need support myself
You don’t need a diagnosis to qualify. If you’re cut off from the people and services you need (because of illness, addiction recovery, domestic abuse, financial hardship, or anything else), you can apply directly.

NHS staff, social workers, hospice workers, and other support professionals can refer a client directly.
